Terms of using the rehearsal room
- The equipment and furnishings of the Rehearsal Room are the property of ABY ROAD and are an integral part of the room.
- The tenant has the right to unlimited use of the space and equipment within the agreed time period.
- The tenant has the right to resign from the agreement at the moment of finding irregularities in the functioning or condition of the equipment at ABY ROAD.
- The tenant is obliged to leave ABY ROAD after the agreed rental time period.
- The tenant, after the expiry of the lease, is obliged to leave ABY ROAD in the same condition (NO DAMAGE) as when they entered the room.
- The tenant is obliged to report any defects in the room and equipment to ABY ROAD as soon as they occur.
- The tenant undertakes to use the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.
- During the lease the tenant bears material responsibility for equipment and devices belonging to ABY ROAD.
- It is forbidden to smoke, consume alcohol or any uncovered beverages or food in the rehearsal room.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours of the booked date will incur a fee (as described in the „price list” above).
By reserving the date you declare that you have read and accept the above conditions.
